"First of all Maplewood Plumming was very thorough and had an eye for detail. It took two assessment visits but the work was done in a timely and professional fashion. The work and initial visits were very respectful and explained the work in a well thought out way. I was impressed when they said call if I had any questions etc. Coming into one's home is a privelege and I treat it that way and respect people who do the same. The workers were patient and helpful. Being a home owner with a disability I expect some discomfort with our condition but your workers were very understanding. The work was fast and completed well. NO leaks no problems. Maplewood Plumming knows what they are doing and shows it. I've dealt with plummers in the past and some of it wasn't good. A willingness to work and complete a task is your best asset. "Once again we have decided to use Maplewood Plumbing to perform two different tasks in our home. Task #1 was installing a new toilet in our main floor bathroom. Our installer was on time, polite and kept us informed of his progress during the install. The job was done quickly and neatly as promised and at the agreed upon price. The work they did included placing a liner in my lateral, replacing all my deteriorating cast iron sewer pipes, installing a new dishwasher, replacing toilets replacing a kitchen faucet and installing a laundry sink. Provided up front costs for scoping lines. Reggie was scheduled to scope and map out our lines; called when he had an ETA and showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, explained everything he'd need to do, kept us informed, and worked efficiently. Reggie deserves a raise! Also was up front with costs when two lines needed to be cleared.
