"We were verbally quoted for 3k for a project and I received an electronic invoice reflecting that amount. After the job was completed I was informed that there was. $1600 material fee missing from the original invoice and it was demanded that I pay it. Eventually the person I was talking gave me a discount but I still paid $825 more than originally quoted. I have tried numerous times to contact the head office by phone and email but a week and a half later they have not responded. One of the main reasons I contacted this company is because they have quite a few positive reviews on google. So I was really surprised by how everything unfolded. After doing a little more digging I noticed they had nothing but 1 star reviews on other websites and negative comments on BBB."
