"Update- after reaching out to the email listed in their response below I received an email on 12/19 letting me know someone would be reaching out to me. Since it was the holidays I assumed this might take some time but I have followed up twice in the last 4 weeks and still haven't received a response. I had a very disappointing experience here. My screen stopped working so I took my phone here to have it repaired. I was told I would need a new screen but that they could order it in and have my screen replaced in about 24 hours. It was recommended that I order the screen that would allow my to still use my fingerprint. It was $100 more but seemed worth it for the convenience. Once the screen came in I brought my phone back wandered around for about 45 minutes and it was ready to go. I was thrilled. Unfortunately, when I got home I quickly realized the haptics and vibration for notifications and calls were no longer working and when I tried to set up my fingerprint I kept getting an error message. I took it back and was told the only option was a factory reset. I did this and it still didn't work. Now I am stuck with a screen that I paid extra for to be able to use my fingerprint that can't read fingerprints and no longer vibrates. The technician that replaced the screen said it was the first time he had worked on my phone model so he didn't know but there was nothing they could do and I was basically out of luck. I spoke to the manager Max who was very nice but ultimately unhelpful. I didn't even ask for a full refund due to the extra issues I just asked for $100 back since that was the extra amount I paid for the fingerprint enabled screen that was installed but doesn't function. He told me their policy was store refunds only even though I had not been told the policy before purchasing, the sign they had was turned away from where customers could see it, and at no point was I told replacing the screen could damage other parts of my phone that had been fine before I brought it in. All in all, while the staff was very nice and friendly it was ultimately a very disappointing experience and I feel that I have now vastly overpaid for the item and service I received. I would not recommend this place for repairs."

"Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I had the front and back of my phone screen replaced. It worked great for 4 days, then I noticed the back had cracked. I took the phone in to get the back replaced as part of the 30-day warranty, but they told me it was not included and I would have to pay again since it was physical damage (Note: I had not dropped my phone or anything, so it would have just been natural wear and tear in the 4 days since replacement). Based on others reviews, this seems to be common that they will not replace if there replacement piece is defective or the replacement was done poorly. Additionally, I paid extra to have official apple parts put in, but the iPhone I have does not detect these parts as “official”.. So if you do go here, I would make sure to check this prior to leaving (Learn from my mistake!!) My phone still works but the back is cracked. If you choose to go here, I wouldn’t have faith in the quality of products they are giving."

"Do NOT go here. They will break your phone. Went here for a screen repair and they broke my phone even worse. They broke the camera while doing the repair and then on top of that the new screen they put on doesnt even sit or stay in place correctly. Then when I showed them what they did, their solution was to give me a free $5 case because what they broke was unrepairable. What a joke. They caused more damage then there originally was and wouldn’t even give me a refund for the repair… This place should be sued. Also while I was waiting another lady came over because the screen they had put on her phone just 3 days earlier was already falling apart. So no telling how many phones they have broke. You are better of going to a reputable place or doing trying to fix yourself. You can tell a lot of the reviews on here are fake so dont be fooled by the stars."
