"I had a major garage door breakdown this morning when I went to leave. I called Precision Garage Door and they sent Jon Hand out to see what was needed. My service window was from 12-2. Jon called me and was able to come over earlier. He inspected everything and went over the issues. He then went over all my options with prices. We discussed each one and even extra options. He was very helpful. I made my choice and he finished all the work plus clean up before the time quote he gave me. Also, he helped my neighbor who had some questions.
