"I was referred to Purcell Tires by a friend. Prior to making the visit to their Fenton location, I was assisted by Kevin and Heather over the phone. Both were professional and friendly. I was quoted a very fair price for a tire that should last a long time. When I showed up at the shop I was surprised at how spacious the lobby was. Many tire shops' comforts are sparse. There was plenty of seating, coffee available, and vending. I was able to connect to their wifi and sit at a table so I could get work done. Super convenient. I wasn't able to get much work done while in their lobby because I didn't have to wait long for my truck. I was out in under an hour. The tires, so far, seem to be great. Smooth, quieter ride. Thank you, Heather, Kevin, and the Purcell team for a great experience! I will be back."

"People was nice got right to it bought two new Michelin tires and they didn’t put new valve stems on why would you not I am paying for them You have to watch these shops I’ve never been to a tire shop that don’t put valve Sims on new tires. So if you’re ever at a Purcell tire and you want new valve stems you better tell him cause they don’t put them in pitiful"
