"Went here to get my battery and alternator checked because O’Reillys tried to tell me i need both replaced and i wanted a 2nd opinion. So i brought my car here and they ran the test and told me and even showed me the test receipt to show that it all passed besides my battery, and they helped me out with a new battery and installed it pretty quickly! Great Customer service as well Shane greeted me no sooner than i pulled in and Calvin greeted me in the lobby, And Shane and Calvin made sure i understood what the results of the test meant and explained it to me. And they made sure i was totally sure and confident in my purchase with pricing and everything and that i wanted the service today. And Izaak, Calvin, and Shane had me in and out of there in no time!"

"What started off as a very nice exchange with all 3 members of the team turned into a customer service nightmare. I should have known when one of the techs wasn't sure how to remove air from over inflated tires. As she was shown by another tech I assumed all would be checked properly. Thank goodness I check them when I arrived home. Front tires were to be at 33 psi while the rear at 36 psi. Sticker on door provided. Let's just say only one of the tires was in the 30 psi range. I know not to trust the car's reading so I gauged them when I got home. The car's reading was spot on. As I knew they were closing within 10 minutes or discovering this I called to let them know the issue and that I would be there in a couple minutes. They said 'no problem it's my fault and I'll correct it'. Pulled in and was greeted pleasantly and apparently the tires pressures were back in the normal range. Upon being led out of the bay the car's gauge still showed they were high. Second picture. I pulled over in the parking lot and used my gauge again and low and behold the readings were spot on. When I asked the technician what could be done he says 'we're closed' and shuts the bay door. I called the phone number and reached the 'manager' to ask what can be done and he says 'let some air out of the tires' and proceeds to hang up on me. This is I guess what I get from a $120 full synthetic oil change. #nomorejiffylubeformycar"
