"They never properly installed an elbow piece in my hvac unit. Unfortunately this wasn’t caught till years down the line. They say they won’t cover it with warranty since it’s past that but this isn’t a warranty issue. This is a they never installed it right the first time issue. I will never use them again. They try to blame everyone but themselves. As you can see from the photo attachment they never installed screws in it. Just placed it in and left it. Joke of a company."
