"Both my wife and I have used their screen repair service and were extremely happy. I'm a pretty big DIY guy, and the cost for the tools and replacement screen for my phone would have been $230 from ifixit, and the directions looked like a huge pain. It was $40 more for them to do it all for me. Part wasn't in stock but they ordered it and it was in the next day. It was 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. "These guys are awesome at what they do! I came in during my lunch break with a shattered back glass on my iPhone 11 which was affecting my front glass. These guys didn’t pressure me to fix the back glass for an extra sale and quickly replaced my front screen within 10 minutes. They do use an aftermarket screen unless you request otherwise for an additional fee of course, but this is the second time I’ve had my phone repaired with them and aside from my own clumsiness I have no bad things to say! $125 for my front screen replaced is cheaper than I’ve been quoted other places."

"The speed in which this team can fix a cracked iPhone screen is a little amazing - 10-15 minutes. The prices are something no one wants to pay, but it is what it is, and there are even options. Better than all of this is the fact that my newly replaced screen got recracked on the tiniest of drops three days after. I came back expecting to just have to pay full price again, but was treated well and the owner - though still needing to run a business, helped me with a slight discount. I don’t give five stars for getting any kind of “deal” - I just appreciate the customer service. They have a solid catalog of cases and accessories, so I will be back as well."
