Estimated arrival times went from an hour or so to almost 5hrs before Jordan arrived. Not any fault of Jordan’s. The entire appointment lasted about a hour and cost me $435. But what are you are you going to do? Also, I couldn’t get a ballpark price for a service call until after the tech arrived and it seems that’s the base price for a call."
