"I'm very disappointed with H&R Block. I dropped off taxes. I was called twice, one call was to say I had an appointment at 3. (I had dropped them off so I could come back and just sign. I mentioned Jackson Hewitt stated they do taxes for noose than $179.00 no answer. I mentioned gas tax about getting some money back. Nothing. "I said I don't want to take it out on you but it seems high. It's a short form." He said something like "We'll wages when you work are w-2s. When you are retired it is a 1099R."I said "It should still be a short form". The tax preparer was nice enough. I just didn't get answers. So disappointed. I am going to see if I can find another tax preparer. I mentioned Jackson Hewitt advertised $175.00 for taxes. Seeing if they would price match. No answer. I asked about gas taxes"

"I will never return. I made an appointment and still waited for over an hour because my tax preparer was late. She then comes in and loudly jokes about it. It’s insulting that they treat people as if their time doesn’t matter."

"The tax preparer I had was speaking ill of me and other customers which made me uncomfortable. I waited over 40 minutes when I actually set and appointment and was on time. There was also a larger amount of money taken out of my tax return opposed to last year. I’m getting less back this year but I made over $6,000 more money this tax return. I’m very upset and will NEVER return to H & R Block."
