"I had a very frustrating experience at this notary office. Despite making an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early, I was completely ignored. There was a sign instructing visitors to wait to be greeted, so I patiently waited in the designated area. However, even after waiting 20 minutes (10 minutes past my scheduled time), no one acknowledged my presence. At one point, I even saw someone in the hallway, but they failed to address or assist me. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is unacceptable, especially in a service-oriented business. I left feeling disrespected and would not recommend this notary service to anyone seeking reliable and attentive service."
