"Little sister's PS5 wouldn't turn on, they told me it would take some time to get to the ticket and diagnose the issue (completely fine). About a week and a half later, they called, I picked it up, they only charged me for a cleaning and diagnostic fee, which surprised me, but I assumed maybe it was just dirty. Got home and ps5 still didn't turn on. I guess my suggestion would be test to see if it works in the store so you don't have to go back. Not sure I want to take it back if they thought that it was okay to hand it back still not working to begin with... idk"
