"Bob did an excellent job on our gas fireplace!! We have a vented, formerly wood-burning fireplace that needed service badly. The controls, burner tubes, and logs all needed replacement. Bob gave us three options to choose from, showed us images and videos of each, and explained the different features. We hired Bob to do the service and replace all the parts. He also re-painted the surround and vents. When finished he explained in detail how the system works along with the remote, warranty, etc. and answered all our question. The fireplace looks amazing!!
