"I’ve been training 2-3x a week with Beth for about 2 months and I’m already noticing such a difference in my muscle definition and tone. Sessions are focused on strength training (because as she says, “you don’t need to pay me to tell you to run”) and are highly personalized to my goals and capabilities. I like more of a combination of strength and cardio so she’s adapted my workouts based on that preference. I also have some health issues and she’s always there to modify or make me more comfortable but still push me to challenge myself. I’m not focused on the scale but am really happy with results so far. It’s all connected - healthy diet, strength, cardio, and stretching. I’m really looking forward to trying Brian’s yoga classes too!"

She is such an understanding trainer and meets you where you are but also pushes you in all the right areas to optimize health and performance. Brian is hands down a fantastic yoga instructor. Extremely knowledgeable! "I've been taking the Viking Vinyasa class for a couple of months now and have thoroughly enjoyed every class. Prior to this, I would not have considered myself to be interested in yoga. I attended the free class just to say "I tried it.' Turns out I look forward to it each week and have begun to see improvements in my balance, strength and flexibility. I appreciate Brian's calmness and the respect he gives to each person's individual abilities. He encourages you to do what's best for your body. I feel comfortable in the class, even with my lack of previous yoga experience. Highly recommend!"
"I started weight training with Beth 6 months ago. I go 3 times a week and feel amazing. I work at a desk all day and it showed and I didn’t have much energy. I struggled finding a workout that I looked forward to. Beth is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I feel better than ever and have so much more energy. "I’ve been training with Beth twice a week fairly consistently (when I’m not traveling) since October and it only took a few weeks for me to start seeing noticeable/tangible results in my physical body! I look and feel more tone and stronger, especially in my legs, core and shoulders! She makes the hour sessions fun and efficient! I HIGHLY recommended trying her training program out, you will love the results if you put in the work and dedication to fitness and wellness! I also started personal yoga sessions with Brian about a month ago to add to my personal training routine. My goal is more flexibility and connecting with my breath and I was hooked after the first session! Brian is a great communicator and calming presence.
