She kept me informed throughout the entire process went above and beyond explaining the product and its details so every need of mine was met all while juggling tons of other landscapers uniforms, sewing machines and phones ringing off the hook. "Really disappointing. I ordered a shirt through our basketball team, we went in and tried on the uniform for size. Ordered the correct size and it came with a T-shirt, which we also ordered the same size as the jersey. They failed to mention that the shirts run about two sizes smaller than the uniforms. I emailed them to ask for a larger size and was told due to the nature of their business they can't exchange. You should inform the people who order they uniforms and shirt sizes don't match. Its literally probably an $6 shirt and they are fighting me on it. Wouldn't recommend Sportswear Etc. I appreciate your response I also appreciate you making your poor communication my problem."

"I stopped into to see about getting an old football jersey of mine duplicated for an old teammate with his number. They were able to duplicate the different fonts on the jersey without any problems. SportsWear exceeded my expectations with the finished product. It turned out great! Thanks again."

"Poor customer service. This was my first and surely my last time using this vendor. I first called to ask about ordering my daughter's volleyball jersey. They asked me for team details and said they would call back. Four days later after no phone call I went to the store, provided the information they needed again and waited for approximately 40 minutes for the staff to find the team information. Store owner was out of town and staff was clueless. After a week I called again to check on the status of the jersey and again they said they would call me back, no phone call. I called again to let them no that no one had returned my call about my inquiry and was told they ONLY call back when it's ready. If I'm told that I will receive a call back, I would appreciate someone calling me regardless of the status to know what is going on. I was told it would be one more week for it to be ready. Called exactly one week later and I was told they were working on the logos and would be ready later that day, and that they would call me. After no phone call, I called again only to find out that it had not arrived and they had "no tracking number, so no way of tracking the jersey" Its been 3 weeks now and my daughter has had to play several games without a jersey that I paid for. Has been a headache dealing with Sportswear Etc. No call from staff or Jill who was supposed to be back on Wednesday. UPDATE: 9-22 Called Sportswear and spoke to Jill who can't seem to have a calm and proper conversation with a costumer. She was upset at my review. Said we can't get a refund and that's why she had not called. Thank you Jill."
