Sensei Gary is fantastic with the kids, and really good with adults, teaching everything from balance, strength, agility, endurance, and self defense, but most importantly respect and self confidence. Lessons learned can be applied to all aspects of life and I would highly recommend this to anyone young and old. 15 month update: The boys have earned their purple belts, and I have noticed improvements in their other sports (track/cross-country and basketball).
