"Had work done by this guy about a year ago. At the time you couldnt review him so here it goes now.Left my house a Wreck. Cut up concrete with no exhaust for all the dust. Got all over everything in my basement.Left all his trash in my yard or in the basement.I also hired an engineer to check the work before he got final payment and it was done wrong. Things were missing from my house. He used my tools and they mysteriously ended up in his truck. Save yourself the time and headache this guy is horrible contractor you will not get what you need to fix your house."

"I dont typically write reviews, but I would like to express our experience with Anderson's Foundation Repair Solutions. My husband and I noticed we were having some foundation problems with our house. After my husband did some research, he came across Anderson's Foundation Repair. We decided to hire him based off of his long experience in the business and the fact that it's also a family owned business. He did not ask for 50% down, but asked that we pay in increments as he progresses with the project. He was always on time and was very accommodating. He also did a great job at explaining all that needed to be done to fix our problem and provided us with a step by step explanation of what he had planned for fixing it. UPDATE: We hired a Structural Engineer to check the work that had been done for the foundation repair, and based on his review and report, the work was improperly done, and now we need further work done. Some advice, always get an engineer and multiple opinions before spending thousands of dollars for work to be done, then having to fix it for more thousands of dollars...."
