"After buying 2 sets of tires here, I can't say this is an auto shop that cares about its customers. On my first purchase they only had 3 tires in stock, not all 4. I was told they'd have it tomorrow.... and then 2 days later they finally found the correct size tire. When I had a tire going flat, they couldn't help me. They aired it up and said I needed to find another shop to repair it. I was left out in the cold w/ an unrepaired tire. Nothing at this shop inspires any form of loyalty to Goodyear."

"Great 1st oil change experience at this goodyear location. When booking appointment they confirmed they can do more than one oil change at a time so we booked my wife & my cars at the same time. Worked like a charm. We grabbed lunch nearby and the cars were ready a few minutes after we got back, oil change, tire rotation & all. As the terminator says "we'll be back"!"
