"I would not recommend this place. I would recommend doing it yourself before I would recommend this place. Even just calling in and speaking with the representative at the front desk to set up an appointment. I have never dealt with someone with more poor customer, communication skills. And the amount of attitude and rudeness I got is absolutely ridiculous. Front desk lady’s name is Avery. She is a rude horrible human being that made me feel so unwelcome as if my pet needing a vet was an inconvenience for her. F this company"

"I've been going here for years and like Dr Leonard. I rearranged my entire schedule to bring my dog in for an appointment (I'm a physician with my own practice). I was 10+ minutes late and told they wouldn't see me. Unacceptable and not how I treat my patients."

"This is the worst vet office we’ve ever been to. They refuse to work with third-party pharmacies; but have very limited medication in stock in their own store. They have extremely limited hours, making it nearly impossible to get an emergency appointment. The vet we see, I believe Dr. Emily, is rude, condescending, and seems to have no knowledge or experience working with dogs who have any sort of behavioral issues (anxiety in our case). We are finally switching vets and will not miss Cherry Hills at all. Avoid if you can. Edited to add: I agree with the “owner” response that kindness goes a long way. I would suggest relaying that message to your receptionists! Glad we can agree on something :)"

"Dr. Leonard and her staff are the most amazing people. They always make us feel comforted and taken care of. They were so sweet, kind and understanding when our little dog crossed over the rainbow bridge. We are so very thankful for all of them there."
