"This is a great practice. I had previously done a drop in visit just to check them out as I was considering bringing my pup there. Recently my little chi with a history of GI issues, needed an urgent care after hours visit. I was able to schedule it online and off we went. We were treated like we had been long time patients and the care and thoroughness were exceptional. I have had to make some follow up calls regarding medication questions and they are always available and quick to respond. If you want a vet practice that provides exceptional care, are courteous, caring and have extended availability and locations, Fox Creek is a great option. "Our Bailey, wonderful companion for our family for almost 9 years (and being almost 16 years old), had been feeling a little off for a couple of weeks and really sick for two days. We were referred to this Hospital with an emergency visit. Through time and testing, we found that she had kidney failure. We were given all options for short term and long term choices and, as a family, decided to do what was best for her. Everyone in the clinic was kind, compassionate and professional. They talked us through all options concerning our needs, her needs, and with an awareness of cost. They gave us all of the time that we needed to spend with her before the end and all of the time that we needed after she was gone.
