"I have been patronizing this business since it first opened. I noticed the quality of the fragrance has declined over the years. I still supported this establishment because I like the owner. However it's unfortunate that people invest in opening businesses and trust the wrong associates to deliver quality service efficiently & consistently. Safety is essential to me. I don't know what they are using recreationally, I know it is is not good.The young black guy was so impaired he was going around a tree, talking to himself. He didn't even recognize me when I spoke to him. I remember when he was employed there. It's really unfortunate that he has become a product of the environment. I wont be going back ever. It's hard enough watching the doors for robbers on the outside, but now I cant trust the people on the inside selling me the oil. I feel a way. I hope that the owner saves his business and get some people in there that can appreciate the reason for them being there. I found me somewhere else to go that does not need to mix business with pleasure. It's unfortunate, cause the Owner is amazing!"

"I absolutely LOVE the store but the young man that works there was extremely disrespectful to me. He was on the phone arguing with a woman the whole time I was in the store. When I was trying to pay I asked a question about another product and he refused to acknowledge my question or me. After saying excuse me several times, he finally said "WHAT" with a major attitude. That turned into a full blown argument. Now I just peek in and if I see him working I just leave."

"I like this shop! I love the variety of herbs and oils. The incense collection is far better than most stores of similar caliber. The staff was friendly and patient. I appreciate both. I will be going back when necessary."
