"After reading the reviews I was hesitant to call, but really had no other option that was remotely close to Springfield. The conversation I had with the gentleman was over 10 minutes, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained to me that the Mini DV player I need repaired could be very difficult given the fact that it’s 16 years old. He did not try to persuade me to fix it or junk it, but rather gave me some very good information as to price, timeframe, and parts availability so I could make the decision on my own. If I decide to get it repaired, I am definitely bringing it to these guys."

"Very positive experience. Staff is nice. Tells it like it is. Some might find this rude. The young ones need to get thicker skin . They will tell you what it is and do what they say. You need common sense if you take a pair of headphones in they can't fix something cheap. Don't blame the business for making enough to pay the overhead. Repair businesses are a dying thing today. Especially electronics."

"Very nice guy, I saw lots of bad reviews and was skeptical about my visit, however the owner was very nice and helpful to me over the phone and in person. He was able to give me a quote and is far cheaper than Best Buy. I will come back to review his work once I get the tv, but in terms of customer service I’d say it is satisfactory. Don’t let all the negative reviews fool you."

"The guy who answers the phone here is a complete joke and should absolutely in no way, shape, or form, be allowed to speak to customers. Whoever is in charge of this guy, hopefully not himself, should read these reviews; it's not just me. This is single handily without a doubt the WORST customer service I have ever had at any sort of business whatsoever. Find other options!"

"Called to ask about repairing a set of headphones. Was immediately met with rude, condescending responses. He genuinely acted like he does not want my business. He probably doesn’t want your business either. Have an adventure and call them up and see what kind of rude comments you’ll get."
