"We went to the warm flow this morning as a little girls getaway on our family vacation and it was an amazing practice. Our skill levels ranged from advance to this being their first class ever and every one of us agree this was best class we’ve all taken. Everything from the pace, the music, ambiance of the room, the instructor, easy instructions, everything: amazing! 11/10, definitely make time out of your day, trip, drive. Well worth it!"

"I visit this hot yoga studio about once every 6 months when I’m in town to see my folks and I love it every time! This time the class was Flow with instructor Hannah. I used to practice yoga regularly and have fallen out of habit so it’s been a while and I was feeling intimidated but Hannah made it fun and comfortable! "Never been to the studio, but I booked a private Monday morning session for a bachelorette party. Owner Christie is VERY easy to work with, and answered any/all questions I had. She sent out Cady to our location. So our group is a mix of intermediate yogis and ‘I’ve been a few times, but I still don’t know what I’m doing’ practicers. Cady did a perfect mix of the two during her session (guiding us when we needed, pushing us when we got too comfortable), and we all came to the consensus she was one of the best instructors any of us had in awhile. She saves puppies too!! I can’t give her enough kudos. I highly recommend Kom Hot Yoga, Christie and Cady. I’m excited to actually try a class in studio when I visit again!"
