Rack Room Shoes

"Went in and found a pair of shoes I liked, hey dudes marked at 65 bucks just like all of the hey dudes. Went to check out and they rang up 99 bucks. The shoe I wanted was literally sitting on a 65 dollar price tag, when I asked if they would honor the price they had the shoe obviously advertised as, they told me the model numbers weren’t the same. As a customer it’s not my job to check model numbers. When I said that I wasn’t buying them for 99 and they should honor their price, (I’m assuming manager) Ryan then laughed out loud as I walked away. It’s not hard to keep people happy, if u can’t do it at a shoe store you shouldn’t work there."

"Had a really bad experience here, I came in after my wife stepped on my sandal and ripped out the strap part that held my foot to the sandal so come to this store and the first thing I see is the store is really busy and they have three associates (at least one of them had to be Management) just standing in the store talking to each other. I am having a hard time looking what I want and ask if they had any other options which I found all the options are on the floor. Not one associate approached me and asked to help me while I was there but they had no problems walking behind me making sure I wasn't stealing anything more than once. I finally found something I was willing to settle for 15 minutes later purchase my product and made a decision I'm probably never going to come back again. If it wasn't for us still needing to walk around the landing I probably wouldn't have bought anything but I wasn't going to walk around the landing with the torn sandal for the rest of the day. Anyways I highly suggest not to go to the store they obviously don't care about their customers."

"My wife purchased shoes here on the Landing, we walked on a walking trail on the landing, the New Balance shoes broke in 30 days, the store manager informed her that we can't exchange them due to having been worn outside. So if you buy running,walking or tennis shoes from them make sure you don't use them outdoors. I personally will not do business with these crooks again."

"The sales associate was very helpful. I told her we had been shopping all day at the landing and I had developed a blister so I needed better shoes to keep up with my family. She brought me special BLISTER bandages and compression socks and helped me find a great pair of very comfortable shoes!!! I walked out of that store like a NEW woman!!! I can't thank you enough- you have earned a new loyal customer"
