"AVOID AVOID! SCAMMER SCAMMER! DO NOT SHOP OR USE THIS STORE!!!!!! I went in for a screen protector to be installed, the screen protector was not put on correctly but the older guy told me it’ll take a few days to fully adhere and if I had trouble to go back to him. Well screen protector was still not on correctly after two weeks. Went back and same person told me my phone case was “too tight” and causing it to peel the screen protector….then he said he would sell me a new case and it would be an extra 5 dollars to replace the screen protector! He gave me excuse after excuse and went back to insisting my phone case was “too tight” (which is impossible). Then tried a sob story on how he couldn’t afford to replace a 5 dollar screen protector he did not install correctly. Please DO NOT SHOP OR USE THIS STORE. Save yourself a giant headache"

"So I went in there to get a screen replacement. And he told me it would take only an hour. So I waited the hour and went back to get my phone and he told me 20 more minutes. And I was fine I was like I'll give him time. Waited the 20 minutes went back and then he said 10 minutes at this moment I was getting frustrated because I had other places to be and I lived an hour away. He finally finished gave me my phone and I went out and carried on with my day. AND then I realized that the bottom of my screen is popping out of the frame and on the sides( yes both sides) I can see the inside of my phone. For how long I waited I would have loved it if he did it better"

"Fantastic! I was put off by UBreakIFix in Joplin several times, due to supply issues (and a couple of 'lost' orders). I called and they confirmed they had the screen in stock. They were very patient with me while I sorted out payment (Some unrelated bank shenanigans-- opened a savings account, and they accidentally closed my checking account). Regardless, they quoted me an hour, and after 40 minutes (when I got tired of window shopping and found a bench outside) they brought my phone to me, fully repaired and working beautifully. 5 stars, fantastic service, and great people. 10/10 do recommend!"
