"I would never go there again. Went for a license inspection. They said I had a problem that they could fix, and they had the parts. Really, the car is a 1995 vehicle. I doubt they had the parts available there. Took it somewhere else, and guess what? There were NO PROBLEMS! This place tried to rip me off. I would never go there again"

"SCAM ALERT!! Took my vehicle in for Missouri inspection. They reved up engine and drove it from the east side of the building to the south and then parked it. Without even looking at the car the mechanic declared it needed new lower control arms ($1200+ repair). I left and took it to another place who did an inspection and found no fault with the car, but did declare Downtown Lube’s inspection as a scam."
