"Went out this morning to get a new steer tire, truck and trailer alignment. When it came time to align my truck I was informed that my truck can’t be aligned because of my full fenders. I told them that I would remove the fenders. At that time the tech started yelling at me that I know nothing about alignments and that his time was worth something. Don’t know what he meant by that, he is getting paid by the hour. He yelled some more and stormed off. I paid for the work that had been done and left. The store manager did nothing. Don’t know what’s going on out there. I would avoid Ozarko Tire Company everywhere. They don’t seem to have control over their employees."

"Had a concern about my motorhome tires while traveling from Texas to Wisconsin. Stopped in to make sure air pressure was good since 2 back tires not registering on monitor. Never charged me but had to leave "tip" for mechanics as my mind is now at ease!"
