Rachel took my phone call, truly listened to my concerns and made us feel like family instantly. Which was something I hadn’t received elsewhere. My daughter is very shy in new environments and I had voiced that to Rachel and my concerns about not getting a proper screening due to her shyness. Rachel proposed that our daughter come in free of charge for a month for 20-30 minutes once a week to let her warm up to Rachel and the facility prior to evaluation.
