New Hope Animal Hospital

"I had been involved in healthcare for over 25 years. My experience with New Hope Animal Hospital was the most atrocious and unethical experience. The staff turned us away from the surgical procedure when we were 4 minutes past the time of our appointment. We traveled over 30 minutes to get to the appointment and the fact that they turned us away was outrageous and total disregard for our dogs. The attitude of the staff was disrespectful and arrogant! Her name is Keisha. Most of the staff here are arrogant and need attitude adjustment. Obviously they are too busy and don't care about the quality of the service they provide to our dogs. We have been using this facility for quite sometimes and on almost every visits, they are trying to upsell their services. Being in the healthcare field this is both unethical and an example of over utilization to enhance revenue. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone!"
