"Strung me along for two weeks telling me they could replace my phone's battery. Eventually they admitted they couldn't do it and gave me my money back since their suppliers didn't carry the correct battery for my phone. I would've appreciated it if they told me from the start they couldn't do it so they wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs. Edit: Their replies to reviews are also clearly unprofessional as well, not sure what's up with that"
