The other reviews for this company are true when they talk about how impossible it is to get in touch with anybody for scheduling and how non-user-friendly and borderline rude the repair guy actually was. Avoid this company and pay a little more for service from a company that actually treats customers with a little respect. Seriously, this place is a joke."

"They didn't answer any phone calls or listen to any of the voicemails I left. It took a few weeks for them to come and take a look at my oven. I didn't get to choose any date or time either. After that, it took 1.5 months for the part to arrive and then they scheduled the service for a specific date and time without asking me. I of course couldn't reschedule, so they told me my house was too far from the office (20 mins), and fell off the planet. I'm using a different company now. Don't use "At Your Service", which is a ridiculously ironic name."

"For our GE stove repair GE had my wife and I use this company. The tech that arrived was not friendly at all. They didnt have the parts they needed to repair the stove. They said they had to order a part but never gave an estimate of when it would arrive or when we should expect a call back. I have been trying to call the past two days during normal business hours and it goes to "voicemail""

"My new GE built in microwave worked for a few days then stopped heating food. I then contacted GE Customer Service online and scheduled service for March 21st with At Your Service Appliance Repair, Inc. I was never called beforehand by the local company as the confirmation email indicated. Nor was I called on the day of the scheduled service. On March 21st, At Your Service Appliance Repair, Inc., never showed up. I called and left voice messages as I could not connect with a person. They have not returned my calls. When I called the main number I got a recording saying I have called during out of business hours, even though I called during their posted business hours. If this is how they handle routine scheduling, I wouldn't trust them to repair anything. Don't waste your time with this company and if GE or anyone else tries to schedule a repair using At Your Service Appliance Repair, Inc, demand they send someone else."
