"I came in to warranty a 3 month old battery. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She got my battery swapped out quickly and with a smile. I will say the guy that brought battery out was rude and seemed upset to be warranting a battery out. My message to him is that in business there will be warrantys and to remember the customer is the reason he has a job and in small business with every customer he scares off he looses a piece of his job security. Overall the customer service of the lady at the counter kept me happy and earned my return business next time. She deserves a raise."
