"I have a personal 2 head Faby Margarita machine that the condenser support cracked on the left head. So I called CSI to see if they would fix it. I received an estimate for the repair of around $500, but it was a time and material deal. So I had to take the machine and the part I purchased to their shop. However, what I didn't know was they don't have technicians working at the shop, so they dispatch one of their mobile techs to the shop to do the work, which is a trip charge. After they started working on the machine and had it apart they determined that the part I had provided was for a newer model, and would have to be modified before they could use it. At this point they charged me a little over $400. So I had to go get the machine and the parts bring it home and modify the part so it would fit and then bring it back. Now with the "correct part" they did they repair and charged me another $400+. At that time they told me the machine was fixed. However, I wasn't given any test results that showed that both heads were freezing at the time. When I got it home I determined they had lost a spring that allows external control of the temperature of the cylinder. I called them and they said it wasn't there in the shop, so they said I must have lost it. I argued and the Technician who did the work, finally he said he would replace it if I would order the part he would pay me. So I did, but he never paid. We decided to use the machine in late May, and the head they didn't work on, and that was working fine when I took it in now won't freeze. So I called to see if they would make it right, and they refused and said they would be happy to look at it for their standard time and material costs if I wanted to bring it in. I am very disappointed. I am sure they do reasonable work for commercial businesses, but they fall short when dealing with an individual."

"Called for repairs on a commercial item. They never followed up nor did they ever give us an ETA. One of our own associates ended up fixing the issue. CSI showed up a week later and STILL charged us over $100 when they didn't even do any work! Tried calling them multiple times and never could get a response."
