"I’d give zero if I could! Took my Mirage in because the belt was squeaking on acceleration. All they do is tighten it, sound starts again within a week (every time I accelerated). Take it back, “nothing’s wrong, but the belt does need tightened.” YOU TIGHTENED IT. Ok, fine. Pick up car, noise is continuing. Take it back AGAIN, after research, practically begging to replace the tensioner. “Mitsubishi’s don’t have belt tensioners.” ?????? One google search says otherwise. They say they drove it around, no noise. Another lie. I’m told to go somewhere else if I don’t trust his work. Gladly! First mechanic (D&J’s, great place) I take it to afterward - guess what they do to fix it? Take a guess. Might be exactly what I asked this place to do. Dude claims he’s been working on cars for 30 years. Cannot imagine getting through decades lying to customer’s faces when you can’t be bothered perform the service you advertise."

"They are awesome! From the interaction of the initial phone call it’s a great experience! They qualify what I need, tell me an idea of how long it will take and the investment. Then they update me as they go, let me know if it will be more, and why…or they let me know they were able to do it for less because there wasn’t a bigger issue. These guys are great!
