The other posts I see here are clearly from people he simply did not have the time for. If you want service immediately, this is not the place. "Back in about 2006 our pool heater stopped working. We had a warranty on it provided by the seller of our house. Kartsonis was the "approved vendor" for the warranty company. He came out and we couldn't get our calls returned. Turned out he had billed the warranty company without ever doing the work, or returning our phone calls. The warranty company found us another vendor to perform the replacement."
"Jim Kartsonis charged $1500.00 to replace a circuit board and some wiring in my hot tub. The spa failed within a week. I called him several times over the course of a month and was put off until 'next week' every time. I continued to be patient because memorial day was coming and he said he was very booked. 6 weeks later, I hired someone else and the job is done. I still haven't heard from Mr. Kartsonis."
