Amanda, Kate, Joe, Razak, Shawn, Mike, Darren, and Chance are just a few of the passionate trainers at our club who are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. From boxing to mixed martial arts, our trainers have diverse backgrounds and experiences to help you succeed.

Our workouts are designed for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. You can go at your own pace and take breaks when needed. We provide gloves for your first class and have hand wraps available for purchase.

"This was my first time going. I’m a first timer, but I really enjoyed the class. The class I took was 75 minutes. Two trainers switch off between boxing and kick boxing. While one is giving the class the other goes around to help with proper form and technique if they see you need help with it. It’s a full body work out. Last fifteen minutes is core work. Loved it! Staff is professional and helpful from the moment you enter the establishment to the moment you leave. Looking forward to my future classes."
