Prior experience in Club Pilates Level 1 FOUNDATIONS is required for these classes.

The Control class sculpts legs and glutes while incorporating Pilates principles in a standing position. Suspension Training combines Pilates with TRX® for a challenging workout that enhances strength, coordination, mobility, and balance.

If you use the app to sign up for and track your classes you can always find a class to fit your schedule. They’ve recently added level 2 classes which have been amazing! "I’ve never belonged to a gym but Pilates seemed appealing to me. Instagram targeted ads worked because it got me in the door to try a class! After the first intro class, I knew I wanted to try it out. First signed up for the 8-class package, but felt I needed more after a couple weeks. Now I have unlimited and it’s been fantastic! There are some complaints about the full schedules, but so far there has been little difficulty finding an open class for me personally. If you are open and flexible with your schedule it might be easier. The Club Pilates app is super easy to navigate, book, cancel or even re-book a class. I’m on it every day to check my time or even sign up for another class. Another reviewer said unlimited members can book 90 days out so it’s always full but that’s simply not true. Unlimited members can book 15 sessions at a time so you might be a few weeks out at most. Instructors all have a unique style, and it’s a totally different workout every single time. Never dull and never the same workout! All in all, I highly recommend this location. I’ve noticed a big difference in my core strength, posture and stamina in little over a month of classes!"
"Love it !! Initially my business partner and I went in for the free intro class, we had tried other locations, BUT this location was the best one in my opinion!! Once I was done with class I knew I needed to sign up asap, the process was pretty easy, done over the phone and I was able to catch the promotion they had which was great. So far I’m able to book classes with no problem, but I will say that you need to be on it to make sure you have a space. I try to book out as soon as possible and had no issues, I also was made aware that they will be adding more classes on the schedule which will be nice. The energy is great, classes are not to crowded and teachers give you a good workout. I met the owner Nathan and he was really nice, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision to join their location, and even gave me a referral credit :) If you are thinking about it, I would say DO IT! This type of workout is so relaxing yet it gives you a good sweaty workout and you feel it the next day!!!"
