"I was very nervous, but Julie has a wonderful spirit, she made me feel less nervous and more comfortable."
"This place is absolutely horrible if you’re trying to find help for you child. Receptionist is beyond clueless and no one takes any responsibility for failures in communication. Co-owner does not listen with a full staff of unprofessional people."
"I’m going to go with the other people are complaining about someone within the facility I visit. First off, I visit Mark Fuelling and I do not know what I’d done without him. I also do not know what I would have done without Lexi- the front receptionist . She always has gone above and beyond for me. Sometimes our therapy is just to let me get my frustrations out. Complain about some-after all that’s what he’s there for. Then we discuss it and make a plan-then it’s executed. Not only has Mark helped me, he helped me and my husband in couples therapy. He is now helping one of my sons. If my husband can do it from a deployment, so can anyone. I think the biggest misconception of people and mental health, is that you go to a therapist, psychologist or a psychiatrist and you expect a pill and it’ll be better. That’s not how therapy works. You have to be accountable for your actions. If you’re given homework, do it. Or don’t go on a site and put someone down because you didn’t admit your issues or want to seriously work on your issues."
"First off to explain we went for couples therapy. Went 2 times and had to quit. He barely acknowledged that she was in the room and only made it about me, nothing about the relationship. Second session was just a repeat of the first with nothing new. Next, he misdiagnosed me and sent it to my work that could have cost me my job. Didn't email, call me or let me know that he did this or why he made this decision. All I know was this was extremely unprofessional. We do not recommend at all."
"This place was absolutely awful! When we walked in we waited for 20 minutes (and they told us to be there early) the walls were dark and depressing and the TV was literally playing a sad commercial about suicide. After waiting forever the therapist finally walks in with a bag of McDonalds. Looks at us, Does not say A WORD, and goes back to her office. I am an advocate for mental health, and this IS NOT the place to go. They obviously do not care about their consumers. Speaking for someone that struggles with depression, this just made it worse!!"
