"I had my gallbladder taken out with Dr. Ghazali. Her and her staff are AMAZING!!! They were so nice, respectful, and informative before, day of, and after the procedure. They walked me through everything and were happy to answer all of my questions, even after hours. Still recovering, the procedure had gone very well. She did such a good job with the surgery. I could not thank her and her staff enough! I will definitely be going back to them if any other big procedures are needed."

"I was pretty worried about going especially after seeing all these negative reviews!! Not sure why they got so many negatives!! When i went here for my consultation everyone was super nice and very informative including the surgeon herself... Day of surgery same thing!! Everyone was so nice!!! Surgery went well. Still recovering but as of today im recovering pretty well.. I myself would def reccomend this place the doctors and nurses was soo nice treated you with so much respect!! If i ever needed another big surgery id go back!! Also Thank you everyone. Karen and sue was the best along with the others who treated and cared for me."

"After the surgery I was still in a lot of pain, so I called back and was only able to speak with Dr. Switzners nurse. She was very rude and done nothing for me. I called back the next day and got a different nurse who helped get me a refill on my pain medication. All in all the surgery turned out well, the reason why I give it 1 star is the after care was very rude. Almost like they wanted nothing to do with me."

"The surgery went well, but afterwards I developed an infection in one of my incisions. Dr. Switzner put me on antibiotics and told me to call if I had any concerns. After going through all the pills I was still having redness, swelling and discharge. I called 3 times and was brushed off before they finally had me come in for the nurse to look at me to get me off their backs. I am very disappointed in their follow up care."
