"I had previously had a bad experience at this clinic with a different provider but today they were my only option to treat my sinus infection. My medical assistant was Olivia and my nurse practitioner was Jill. They were both friendly, helpful and efficient. I was in and out within an hour of my appointment time. Thank you so much for the excellent care! I will not hesitate going back if wonderful staff like Jill and Olivia are there."
"No one was manning the front desk. Then when Sherry finally showed up she had a terrible attitude from the beginning. After she made a rude comment to me she and the nurse Troy yelled at me and I ended up going to the ER because I no longer felt safe or assured I would receive adequate cared. Employees at the ER told me they’ve heard from patients how bad the Urgent Care is"
"Went in for some flu like symptoms. After waiting an hour she sped through seeing me, and maybe spent 3 minutes in the room with me. She was clearly very rushed and was quick to prescribe me medication that I didn’t need. Didn’t tell me what was wrong or go over any ways to help what I was going through."
"I would rate them no stars if I could. I had took my 6 year old in around 0930 and waited patiently in our car until 1100. I received a text stating that a room is now ready and to proceed to the lobby. I came in right away, and waited. About 15-20 minutes passed, I went to the lady at the front desk and she said stalely, “I’ll let them know you’re here”. I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes while watching people that came in way after us get care. I went back up to the lady at the front desk and asked her what was going on. She said with a major attitude that I wasn’t there when the nurse came out to call my daughters name and that they came and called for her 3 different times, which was a bold faced lie because I was in the building 1 MINUTE after I received the text! She then shrugged her shoulders at me and said that my daughter was now at the end of the line. That lady had no customer service experience and was a straight a-hole the whole time. I’ve came in soooo many times over the 4 years that I’ve been stationed here and received decent care…but as soon as I bring in my black daughter it was a problem. This place is trash and a joke, this was so unacceptable."
"I have been an advocate of this place for a long time. I always had good treatment and no major issues. Tonight, I am extremely disappointed in their treatment of my daughter. I understand how stressful their job is. I also know that when the doctors office is so overwhelmed they can't get my kiddo in this is our other option. I refuse to use the ER as a second resort to the doctors office. I know my kiddo was not in the best of moods tonight. She has dealt with this sickness for over a week and has tried to get into the doctors office. The staff could have been a bit more attentive and understanding. Instead the person at the front desk said "good luck with this one, she is a real piece of work". Then the nurse checking her vitals didn't swipe the thermometer correctly and my daughter seen the result and it showed 92 degrees. She actually had a temp of 100.2. Then instead of asking her symptoms they just put her in a room and left. The nurse practioner then came in with an attitude and was very short with her. Then the nurse came back in to give her the shot and I'm pretty sure hit a nerve in her arm. My daughter was in full blown tears when she got home. This experience is unacceptable. There will be a formal complaint made. They are trained to deal with people who are not at their best due to how they are feeling. A fever and severe ear pain can make anyone a bit less than happy. I hope they can address the issues. Right now I am a very mad Dad and concerned for anyone who has to deal with the negativity like my kiddo had to put up with."
