"Absolutely useless phone directory. Designed to make you hang up in frustration. Can't leave a voicemail and when you hit zero you get transferred to another entirely useless department that cant even transfer you to where you need to be. If you cant take my call or even let me leave a voicemail, there's absolutely no way I'd be comfortable pursuing therapy with you. You'd think a profession such as mental health care would give prospective patients the courtesy of answering their call. Not CenterPointe, apparently."
