"We have tried on 3 different occasions to get into this facility to get multiple cats spay/neuter. Cats keep giving birth in our barn. You know, it is ok if you are not taking new patients but you dont have to be so flipping rude about it. If you dont like your job, quit. Customer service is important. Avoid this facility, they are not taking new patients and whoever answers the phone is as rude as they come. This call was made 12/19/2023 at 8.15am."
