"I made an appointment for a vaccine and it was in 45 minutes. Hustled to get there as it's a 30 minute drive only to be told upon arrival, sorry we're out. It's really pretty simple, if you don't have a vaccine don't offer appointments."

"I love this Walgreens. They handle things efficiently and fast. I can understand waiting in drive thru because everyone is going thru drive thru, in this town. I hardly ever see any other customers at pharmacy counter when I go inside.The technicians are so nice. I find ordering things online and picking up to be great feature. Employees always treat me very well. I am a loyal customer for life!!!!"

"Scheduled vaccines online for 4:45, filled out questionnaire online & also filled out health history online. Got confirmation email. But when checking in they made us do all the paperwork Again resulting in the time spent in Store was over an hour. Then was also told they would only give 2 of the 3 vaccines requested. This was a total waiste of our time. Not happy with how this business handles itself and staff. Terrible customer service. Won't go there again. My time is more valuable than that. And their supposed to be a pharmacy & know how to conduct the business of vaccines!"

"I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for 20 years. I went to the Walgreens in the town where I lived at the time, it was excellent! I have been extremely disappointed since moving to Harrisonville and using this Walgreens. I don’t typically review, but this last year has been the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. I kept thinking it would get better. However, it has only continued to decline. The pharmacy associates are unprofessional and unkind and the wait times are ridiculous. I wait at least 30 minutes every time for prescriptions that I’ve been notified are ready for pick up. Unfortunately, my years using Walgreens are over."

"I have worked in patient care and customer service for 7 years. The way the pharmacy techs talk to you and are so rude on the phone is absolutely insane. Being some in the medical field dealing with patients should have some bedside manner and working in customer service on top on it they should be a bit more professional. I will be changing my pharmacy ASAP."
