"Very poor customer service! The assistant manager is no help at all. If you tell him the website says there’s so many of something, he doesn’t even acknowledge or even go look other than shrug his shoulder and say there's a couple broke, all while his nose is turned up in the air with a bad attitude! This makes the second time we’ve tried doing business when he’s there, and both times he is very unfriendly! We’ve shopped there numerous of times in the last month and haven’t had any issues with the other employees. Kudos to the ones that are friendly and shame on the assistant manager who is just a jackass! Maybe he should stay at home or find a job not in the public eyes!!"

"This place is overpriced and they do not tend to there customers! I bought a well pump here and before purchasing I asked specifically if I pay with cash and it’s the wrong one can I return it they said yes fast forward 2 days it was the wrong size so I took it back and they said well all we can do is request a check for refund!!! What!! ***k you !!! That’s six weeks! I had to use it I will do my best to never shop here again and will do my best to steer everyone away from a Sutherlands store!!!!!!"
