"My daughter just had her first visit with Meredith and said she will never go back. She called me immediately after her appt and said the appt started with Meredith asking why she was there and where she wanted to start (isn't that the job of the professional to guide the session?), and within the first 10 minutes she was pushing for my daughter to consider seeing a psychiatrist for medications. She has never met my daughter before and had no idea why she was wanting therapy. She didn't take the time to ask simple questions as to what my daughter is wanting or needing. My daughter said there were moments of uncomfortable silence and Meredith staring at her like she didn't know what to say. She offered no suggestions to any of the issues my daughter shared with her, just "I'm sorry," or "Oh, okay..." She offered nothing. My daughter got home and said, "I sat there so uncomfortable thinking, 'there is no way that she is actually a real therapist'". She said she was given a survey to fill out while Meredith sat there and stared at her, so she quickly filled it out and just marked everything as "good" because she felt like she couldn't be honest. We now continue our search for a good therapist because this place definitely isn't it."

"My son is taking services from this office, and Dan (coOwner) is very unprofessional, this matter is on court and the only interest should be the child which is super weird how the other parent (dad) was talking and laughing outside of the office (building) whit the counselor that is also owner of this place. Not sure if I am wrong or what’s happening here … The counselor-client relationship should remain professional and not become a personal relationship. Unfortunately I can’t share proof. But this is real . Also they never responded my concerns not even a question about the timeline to arrive."

"My son goes to counseling there. He is being seen during my ex's parenting time. The counselor makes no interest in meeting me, the other parent, or responding to email or request even to shake his hand. They claim not to be biased. However, their actions show otherwise. Their staff is unresponsive to my concerns."
