"Just another money hungry clinic that will require you to get a duplicate rabies vaccination just days after already getting one just so they can upsell you… they could care less if it’s harmful to your dog. Zero stars. I can’t stand a vet that doesn’t put the animal first. Instead of respectfully explaining why they needed this vaccination again(3 days later), they cut me off mid sentence and said to “just take the dog and leave”. Do better. When someone is concerned about you making a dog sick or causing immune disorders by vaccinating the dog with the same vaccine 3 days later, maybe handle it better and provide a solution that works for everyone, including the dog."
"I love your clinic! Everyone is caring and my pets receive exceptional care. My dog Pappy had surgery on 1/11/24. I received updates on how he was doing and a follow-up call to ensure everything went well after we took him home. I'm thankful for Countryside Clinic and all the staff!"
"My Tortie cat sweetpea, became very ill from urinary tract issues. I brought her here hoping to save her life. The vets here were wonderful, as was the office staff. She had blood work, an ultrasound and was started on an IV. Her numbers were off the scale, so it was touch and go. She came in on a Thursday, and by Friday afternoon was feeling much better. She had some fluid in her abdomen which still needed to be drained, so after discussion, I opted to let them keep her one more night, so that we weren't going home prematurely. It was also discovered that she had probable bladder cancer. The "feeling better" was short lived, unfortunately because a couple hours later She died from fluid overload, fluid in her abdomen. When the phone rang and I saw it was the clinic, I picked up thinking in the back of mind, they might be calling to say, she is doing so well, she can go home tonight, but sadly it was to inform me of her death. The Vet was very pleasant and professional. I of course was very numb. Take aways from this experience. 1. This clinic sees ALOT of pets. 2. They are all very professional, and care about your pet. 3. IV therapy can be a lifesaver, but there is also a risk of fluid overload. It can be extremely tricky, especially in a cat with renal failure. if all of that fluid cannot be eliminated naturally it has to go somewhere! 4. While every outcome may not be what the staff here, or the pet parent wants, they do try to take the best care of your pet. Things happen that no one can really control. I wouldn't hesitate to bring another pet here."
"They took great care of our Jack Russell. We travel fulltime but they worked her in and took care of hernia fast. We are very happy with their service. We have used them before when in town and always got good service."
