"Quote process was simple. Communication was good. On time arrival. Worked on the house in 100-degree weather. Was done in less time than estimated. Happy to do the work. Confidence in knowing how to do it. I needed small help with one high-up-to-reach item which I forgot to mention with the original quote, and were happy to talk through and solve it. Found a trim piece we didn’t even know was loose and fixed it. Work completed: deck maintenance repaint, flashing nail down, 2-story house washing including covered front porch, half-medallion trim on the front of the house caulked and painted."

"The estimate was fair. Took a long time for the work to start due to weather. The deck was to be stripped and restrained. Again due to weather and backups in scheduling, the stripping was done. Satisfying but not completely. Both my husband and I talked about concerns and advice to Mike Lynch. Mike was very rude to both of us.. Mike said he was going to pull the job if we kept asking for advice and consulting. This was his comment "just choose the color so I can complete this job" I chose the color. The job was completed within a week. But had to insist the deck door be repainted due to the power washing . All in all... Would. NEVER recommend this company!!! PS the people actually doing the work were very polite. Mike Lynch was our complaint ."

"Company is outstanding. Tim provided all details of how work would be performed. Painting crew was super. Showed up on time and went right to work. Corrected several areas we.hadn’t noticed and applied extra finish to make sure all looked great. Completed the job quickly and professionally. Cleaned up everything before the left. The crew even went beyond and suggested they paint the top of our bookcase with a “tougher” paint which would protect the top. Not part of the original job, but it looks great! Thanks for a really professional job!"

"Tim and his crew were awesome throughout the entire process of transforming my basement. They did the job from demolition, to creative carpentry and use of metal, to a special paint job on the ceiling and installing new vinyl plank flooring. Tim selected the right guys for the job and they consulted me for every decision that would impact the design and functionality. Mike and Ty are professionals and so detail oriented. I was able to show Tim and his crew pictures of my ideas for the space and work together with them. He is so responsive and easy to work with. I loved how he used technology to let me know when craftsman would be arriving and also to send me very clear invoices. Tim also deserves special kudos for facing the challenges of working professionally and safely during the pandemic. I look forward to working with Tim in the future to maintain my deck and exterior wood staining."
