"Service was horrible, do not recommend. A chubby girl I think named Anna helped me, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me even when I was visibly frustrated and asked for help. The "manager" was also unhelpful, and could not satisfy my order. I wont be coming back and you shouldnt either. 8.99 for ONE SHIRT!"

"Great customer service and quick turn around time! The only negative is that the scent was really strong on my comforter. I usually wash and dry my clothes in scent free products and I was not aware that the dry cleaning would have a scent. It’s the trademark “Tide” scent which is better than the typical chemical smell of most other dry cleaners."

"I went to Tide for cleaning and preservation of my wedding dress. The quality of cleaning/preservation was great. Packing was thorough. The team members are pleasant. 2 stars for this. However, communication was nonexistent—hence no additional stars. Allegedly, all notifications occur via email and/or the app. This was never communicated to me. I was quoted a 2-week turnaround. I followed up via phone at 4 weeks and was told my gown would not be ready for another 2 weeks (they didn’t take my name or ticket number to check, nor did they inform me that the app & email were the primary means of notification, just told me it was the busy season and I should have known there would be a delay). I called again at 7.5 weeks and was told my gown had been ready “for a while” and it took until that point in time for them to inform me of the app/email as the sole means of notifications. I mentioned this in-person at pick-up and was met with silence and without any effort to resolve the issue. I bypassed many small businesses due to Tide’s positive reviews. Although a large corporation won’t miss my business or be affected by this review, customers should expect subpar communication and anticipate needing to vigilantly follow up about the status of their clothing."

"I traveled from out of state for my first visit to your location at 14434 Clayton Road, Bellwin, Missouri. The young lady I encountered when I arrived yesterday was polite and kind. I requested a heavy starch for both my shirts and pants, with each material in its own bag due to my upcoming travel. She instructed me to return at 5:00 the next day for pickup. However, when I returned today, to my surprise, everything was wrapped in a single bag despite my specific request for separate bags. The person at the counter was incredibly rude. When they brought out the shirts, it was clear that the starch applied was not heavy as requested. she "Manager" elderly woman, argued with me, even suggesting I should have asked for a "cowboy starch," which I didn't understand. To my dismay, I learned this person was the manager, and their behavior was disrespectful. I won't be returning to this establishment. After inspecting my shirts, they were not properly ironed or starched. Despite my visible frustration, the manager sarcastically wished me a nice day and offered to redo my shirts, but I was already leaving town. I'm quite upset. Is this the usual practice here?
