"Customer service was terrible two saleswoman, one gave us the wrong bracelet after we clearly said which one multiple times and we had to come back to trade it in smh , the other saleswoman was rude and unwelcoming to me and my wife. The lady with the lace front peeling up had the audacity to be rude like that was beyond me. I will be reaching out to corporate. Not shopping with them again. Very disappointed I really was about to spend like a grand but her attitude turnt me off"

"The customer service was lacking, I wouldn’t say rude as much as dry when it came to personality. We came in for engraved necklace with my sons writing on one side and my husbands on the other. While there I also purchased a couple of rings but was given absolutely no information about them. When purchasing the piece before the engraving began no chain was offered. I asked about chains and she then informed me they were out of the gold one that would match my selection, opened a book showed me 3 chains and that was that. After moving to the engraving process, she seemed to criticize the 5year olds initial and doodled heart. Really wish customer service was a bit more polite."

"My daughter's boyfriend bought her a ring online at the end of January. Well 2 stones fell out. We were in Des Peres shopping and are not from that area. I decided to stop in to see if they could fix the missing stones. The girl that helped us was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person. She went above and beyond to help us and we ended up leaving with a new ring within 10 minutes. We were so thankful for her help and the amazing customer service! I wish i had gotten her name though to thank her again. No one ever really helps that much nowadays, so thank you to the young, pretty blonde girl who helped us!!"
