"It was pricy, but I get it. My babies had a blast and we have a new memory made. It was a little crowded which made it hard to flow from one area to the other. I tried to do the "voice button" but couldn't figure out how to record, the employees were all busy"

"Diana is superb! We had a birthday party for 3 year old Wyatt today with his sister and cousin and Ms. Diana was simply outstanding! She provided an amazing experience for all!"

"An employee told me that they could not leave a stitch open for me to add in my own personalized sound (they were sold out) because the stuffing is toxic and dangerous to children. When I asked her to just knot it one time she rolled her eyes at me and asked “do you want your kid eating toxic stuffing?”. Then proceeded to knot it at least 5 times. We came in because our pet passed away and we wanted to put his bark in the foot. She was incredibly rude to a 5 year old little girl and myself. Will not be returning to the west county BAB again. Especially since I’ve been told how dangerous the stuffing is."

"This is a great Build-A-Bear location. The staff, especially an associate named Diane were extremely friendly and helpful. This bear was for a sick relative, so it meant a lot the effort the staff put into building a special bear. I highly recommend this Build-A-Bear location, I will definitely shop there again."

"Had a great time. Just expect to wait in a line for awhile specially if it is the weekend. But the people who work there are great! It can get expensive quickly with all of the accessories they have. They do have a range in prices for the bears you can make. I specially loved to go in there when they have specials going on. Makes a lot easier to buy a bear a little less expensive. But you can get around also by buying items online when they have specials going."
